4. Intellectual Property

• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables provided as part of our services strictly for their internal use.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be defined in each project proposal or agreement.
• Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as per the terms of the signed agreement.
• Upon termination, all fees due for services rendered up to the date of termination must be settled.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

Lumiverse Solutions may use third-party tools and services during project execution. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from such third-party tools.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our Website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
